英语习语：Tighten the belt节衣缩食

　　Tighten one’s belt 当然是可以指我们在瘦身后，把腰带绑紧的情形；但当这是一句英文成语时，那就是解释为因经济拮据，因而要省吃俭用，即我们俗语所说的「勒紧裤头」。
