Dear Paul
I quite sympathize with you and understand the great trouble you are suffering from. Here are some advices for you and I hope it can help you. Firstly you should manage to telling your teachers and classmates about your problems and asking for their help. Secondly you had best not always think the test scores and to think more about where they have progressed so that will giver their confidence. What’s more you should doing more exercise is helpful to soothe you’re a good sleep as well.
